Step aside, Heidi Klum, GGLO is on the runway.
GGLO’s “Team Steam” is participating in Product Runway, a fundraiser for the Interior Design Coalition of Washington (IDCW) to raise awareness about the interior design profession and licensing efforts. “Team Steam” consists of 11 GGLO staff, a student from BCC and our randomly-selected Seattle-based product representatives from Atlas Carpet Mills. The challenge for this event is to take the product we were matched up with – carpet – and create a fabulous garment for our model to showcase down the runway.
Product Runway is being held Friday, May 2, 2008 at the South Lake Union Naval Reserve. Ticket and event information, as well as a sneak peek at the celebrity judges, can be found on the Product Runway website.
