The USGBC announced today that Block 2 (a.k.a. Asa Flats + Lofts) of the Lovejoy Project in Portland’s Pearl District “has achieved enough points for Gold Rating.” The project achieved 47 points, including 9 for energy performance. GGLO was the project Architect, Landscape Architect and Interior Designer for Asa.
