Happy Earth Day!

At GGLO we strive to incorporate the values of environmental stewardship that inspired Earth Day into both our design work and our business operations.

In the most recent demonstration of our commitment to sustainable design, on April 1st, the Allison Inn & Spa in Newburg, Oregon achieved LEED® Gold. GGLO provided architectural, interior, and landscape design services for the Allison, and also conducted the LEED administration.

This latest accomplishment expands GGLO's large and rapidly growing portfolio of projects that have achieved green building benchmarking standards, including LEED and BuiltGreen, as summarized below:






  • 4,300 housing units designed to green benchmarking standards


  • 5,750,000 gross square feet designed to green benchmarking standards

  • 680 housing units LEED certified

  • 1,300,000 gross square feet LEED certified

West Seattle School's 5th Grade Class Adopts Dakota Place Park
