Recently Avalon Walnut Creek, with the help of GGLO’s LEED Administration services, has achieved LEED certification.
GGLO worked with the client, AvalonBay Communities, on completing the process of obtaining certification and would like to congratulate AvalonBay Communities on their sustainable community.
The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.

IN on IT event at GGLO's Space at the Steps from 5:30pm - 8:30pm to start a dialogue of joining creative forces.
