May 7, 2008 - GGLO received an award from the Puget Sound Business Journal in recognition of our corporate giving in 2008. We are honored to be ranked #10 of 25 businesses receiving recognition in PSBJ's "Corporate Philanthropist List" for small companies, which is ranked by total corporate and foundation giving in Washington State in 2008. Awards were announced at Puget Sound Business Journal’s Corporate Citizenship luncheon event at the Meydenbauer Center.
The awards recognize the top 75 corporate philanthropists in the region - 25 large businesses (revenue over $150 Million), 25 medium sized businesses (revenue $20 - 150 Million), and 25 small businesses (revenue under $20 Million). "Together, the top 76 corporate philanthropists (there was one tie on the list) gave more than $142 million in cash donations in the state in 2008."
